Sandra Alvarez, RDH
Graduated in 1996 in a with an Associates Degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from Texas State Tech College. Directly after graduation, she worked in a Dental Lab constructing dentures and partials. This aspect of Dentistry sparked her desire to learn more about this industry and have more hands on and direct contact with patients. Sandra went on to heighten her skills and education. In 1998 she received an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene and was awarded “The Golden Scaler Award” at Texas State Tech College accredited through the Health and Science Center in San Antonio.
Sandra was born and raised in Harlingen Texas. This valley girl relocated to the Coastal Bend area shortly after graduation in 1998. Her strong family ties keeps her connected to with them despite the distance. She has been part of our dental team since November of 1998.
Sandra has been married for 17 years to her wonderful and supportive husband Patrick. They have been blessed with three beautiful children. Sandra stays busy with their children’s participation in sports. She enjoys walking, watching movies and is a collector of sorts.
Lorie Kay Lynch, RDH
Lorie is a 1993 graduate of Calallen High School and went on to achieve her degree from Del Mar College Dental Hygiene Program in 1998. During the first year of attending Del Mar College, she worked as a pharmacy technician. In the second year of the Dental Hygiene Program she was awarded the Nueces Valley Dental Society Scholarship and graduated with an A+ grade point average.
Her passion for helping others guided her to the dental field and is honored to have served her community for the past 16 years. She provides excellent dental services and education to her patients. She takes pride in being part of the success and longevity of their dental health. It is fulfilling for her to see our patients build confidence and display happy healthy smiles.
Lorie was born and raised in Corpus Christi. She loves South Texas for it’s fishing, hunting and friendly people. She has been married 15 years to her wonderful husband Sloan. They both are very blessed with the birth of their son Chase. Chase keeps Lorie busy with his participation in baseball and other sports, but she manages to find time to run in marathons. She is currently training for her 4th marathon race.
